We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations for our client organisations. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, people-centric, and capable of managing multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Job Description:

As an HR Executive, you will play an integral role in managing day-to-day HR functions, conducting recruitment cycles, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will work closely with internal teams and client representatives to support workforce-related requirements and maintain compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
  • Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
  • Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Liaise with clients to understand manpower needs and deliver timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with basic HR tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
