Job Description:
As an HR Executive, you will play an integral role in managing day-to-day HR functions, conducting recruitment cycles, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will work closely with internal teams and client representatives to support workforce-related requirements and maintain compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
- Handle onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Liaise with clients to understand manpower needs and deliver timely updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with basic HR tools and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
